Many of the improvements to many of the mechanics etc I'd miss though. I
don't like how many of the world challenges were made so much easier that they
didn't require even a small group to do. Making many elite mobs none elite
etc. One thing I don't like is when they changed the pvp and pvp/rp servers to
allow both factions play on them, maybe that would bring more change to get
WOW gold for the players, but I feel
that they ruined the sense of community and faction loyalty on those
servers.
Along with that I miss when we still had battlegroups of 12 to 16 servers
for battlegrounds. You got to know those on the other servers as foes and
friends. I used to fear dealing with a certain guild from Lightbringer server
for example when they were running battlegrounds as a guild. They'd totally
dominate two level brackets at once. Speaking of battlegrounds where you could
get much WOW gold, another bad thing that they did was turning on exp in
battlegrounds, used to be only AV had exp that you could gain exp from, whether
from the quests or mobs in it that got killed.
Making exp gain in the battle grounds was an error; it changed how the
battleground was played. People do them for leveling up now, ugh. I don't mind
lowering the mount costs or level to gain them and WOW gold, actually I
feel those are fine. I do agree with Ghostcrawler that I'd have been fine and I
think the realm would have been better off without flying mounts ever being
introduced. Also it seemed like every patch or so they'd tighten up the
requirements to gain a level, so much so that now you can't enjoy the leveling
experience and quests through out the realm.
They re-did the whole realm with Cata and you fly through the levels so
fast now that it just doesn't matter, you can't enjoy it on your way to get
WOW gold. Basically you fly through the levels so fast now that I finally
gave up what I used to do for alts and leveling. Which was running bg's when I
hit the top of each level bracket. 19th/29th/39th/49th etc etc, till I got pvp
geared up and then moved on to questing and instancing around the realm. At the
same time I'd keep enchants and items I didn't get for pvp for each character
that I'd replace. I finally just gave that up and right after the release of MoP
got rid of bags and bags of enchanting mats, ores, herbs etc.
